Krishna Devine is a multi-talented filmmaker living and working in Los Angeles. Her company, KSD Productions has created commercials, award winning independent films and a variety of web content and corporate video. Krishna has over seven years experience in video and film production. Her work can be seen on television, the Internet and in film festivals across the country. Krishna's "Pass It On" college commercial campaign won the Silver Medallion of Achievement for Best Electronic Ad. Her short film, Sly Dogwon best “speed bump” at STIFF 2006 and the feature hip hop documentary she edited, This Is The Life, won the audience award at the 2008 Pan AFrican Film Festival in Los Angeles.
Her story telling style combines her natural comic sensibilities and light hearted nature with a touch of dark humor and suspense. She has completed projects for NBC, Nordstrom, Giant Magazine, Guess, NBC, EZ Show Network, Remax Realtors, Washington State Higher Education, Various Non-Profits, and has done work for a long list of private companies and individuals.
Krishna graduated from the Seattle Art Institute in June of 2000 with a degree in video and film production. She has continued her education by attending a wide variety of film related seminars, certificate programs and screenwriting studies at UCLA.
At the moment, Krishna is working on a feature length screenplay, a book and she works as a freelance director, producer, writer, videographer, editor and project consultant.
